<p><strong>Newcastle</strong></p> <p>Located in the heart of the Newcastle CBD, <strong>King's Own Institute (KOI)</strong> is Newcastle's first private institute of higher education. Our purpose-built premises in Darby Street, Cooks Hill, offer easy access and provide domestic and international students with advanced learning facilities.</p> <p>The institute's contemporary teaching environment supports a hybrid mode of flexible learning, allowing students to interact and work collaboratively in a face-to-face or online environment.</p> <p><br></p> <h2>International Students</h2> <p>We are pleased to confirm that <strong>King's Own Institute (KOI)</strong> has received TEQSA's approval of CRICOS for the KOI Newcastle campus at 59 Darby Street, Cooks Hill (Newcastle) NSW 2300.</p> <p>On 08 February 2022, KOI obtained approval to build a new state-of-the-art campus in Newcastle, with an initially approved international enrolment COE for 1,000 students. This expansion has increased our total enrolment capacity to 5,255 students across four campus locations.</p> <p>The Newcastle campus will deliver all undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in Accounting, Business Management, Information Technology, TESOL, and other majors, with the first batch of students expected to enroll in July 2022.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Students who apply for admission to the KOI Newcastle Campus can enjoy reduced living expenses and preferential policies on student visas and post-graduation work permits. We advise students to seek necessary migration advice on how this policy may affect them.
